WORK WITH ELEVATE

Bring your expertise to an Awarding Oragnisation that treats people well

Independent Assessors play an important part in helping Elevate deliver assessments that are rigorous, fair and respectful of the people taking them.

If you have occupational expertise in one of the standards we assess, we would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.

How we work

At Elevate, high standards and a positive human experience belong together. Our People Charter guides how we treat people, make decisions and carry out assessments.

It asks everyone representing Elevate to treat people equitably and inclusively; with respect, humility and kindness; with integrity and accountability; with openness and a willingness to learn; and with clarity and reliability.

For assessors, that means judging the evidence fairly, communicating with care, being open to questions and taking responsibility when something needs attention. It also means protecting the independence of assessment decisions, even when a decision is difficult.

Working as an Independent Assessor

Our assessors bring relevant occupational knowledge and assessment experience to the standards they assess. They work with Elevate to give apprentices a fair opportunity to demonstrate what they know and can do, while applying the required assessment criteria consistently.

Before expressing your interest, please review the occupational standard and assessment plan for the role that interests you. Each opportunity has its own requirements.
