Elevate Awarding gains Ofqual recognition for three business and customer service standards

5 August 2026 – Elevate has been formally recognised by Ofqual to deliver assessment for three additional apprenticeship standards, further expanding the organisation’s growing portfolio.

The newly recognised standards are:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator.

  • Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.

The recognition marks another important step in Elevate’s continued growth, extending its assessment services into business administration and customer service.

It gives training providers and employers the opportunity to work with one trusted Awarding Organisation across a broader range of apprenticeship programmes – while continuing to benefit from Elevate’s personal, responsive and relationship-led approach.

The three standards support apprentices working in roles that are central to the day-to-day success of organisations across every sector.

Business administrators help organisations operate efficiently by supporting teams, improving administrative services and resolving problems. Customer service practitioners are often the first point of contact for customers, while customer service specialists manage more complex enquiries, complaints and service improvements.

'We’re delighted to receive Ofqual recognition for these three standards,' says Melanie Feek, Founder and CEO of Elevate Awarding. 'Business administration and customer service professionals make an important contribution to organisations of every size and across every sector. Their skills influence efficiency, communication, customer confidence and the overall quality of service people receive. ‘We’re looking forward to working with providers and employers to deliver assessment that gives apprentices a fair and supportive opportunity to demonstrate those skills. ‘As Elevate grows, our approach remains the same – clear communication, responsive support, and assessment that is rigorous, inclusive and grounded in real workplace practice.’

The latest recognition builds on Elevate’s existing portfolio across education, sport, leisure and wellbeing.

It also strengthens Elevate’s position as a more personal and responsive alternative to larger awarding organisations. Elevate works closely with training providers and employers to make assessment straightforward, transparent and confidence-building for everyone involved.

Its assessments are delivered by experienced professionals who understand the importance of balancing rigour with empathy, ensuring every apprentice has the opportunity to showcase their knowledge, skills and behaviours.
